Cecil Anthony Ince - History
Cecil Anthony Ince is a talented physical character actor.
From Stand-up comedy to Voice-Over, Cecil has a wide range
of talent. His Career started in 1985, at the age of 10
Cecil sang in his step-father Otis Floyd's Country Western
Band. Cecil's Career did not continue until 2000 when he
created Anarchy Ninety-Nine a Goth Rock Music Project.
Then in 2002, Cecil decided to run for public office in
Missouri, producing his own Radio commercials and providing
his own voice talent and he did the same thing in 2004,
producing a total of eight 00:30 second radio spots all
featuring his voice. During this time between 2000 and 2004,
Cecil had preformed live either music or stand-up comedy.
Recording a 5 track CD in 2006, and staring in a short film
Suicide in 2000. In 2006, Cecil hosted a pilot radio talk
show, Civil Nation Radio, that was never aired due to lack
of funding and sponsorship. Cecil's Acting Career has been
inconsistent until 2008, In June Cecil is attending KD
Studio Acting Conservatory. He has preformed live in
Springfield, MO on several occasions since January. In 2008,
Cecil wrote and dircted his first film, "Continued As Planned"
a short film starring Onesimus Tse and Caleb Ouku.
In 2009, Cecil was cast in a Blackbox Production "Katrina: The K Word"
Directed by Leslie Keller.
