Cecil Anthony Ince (born December 29, 1975) is a American actor, Voice-Talent, Director, screenwriter, musician, singer-songwriter, libertarian political activist and stand-up comedian. Born in Fort Worth, Texas, he studied acting at K.D. Studio Actors Conservatory. Cecil Ince is the youngest son of Cecil Ray Ince and Mary Elizabeth Davis. In 2004 he was the Libertarian Candidate for Missouri Secretary of State, under the name Christopher Davis. Cecil is the lead vocalist of the music group Anarchy Ninety-Nine, a Goth music group created by Cecil. In Stand-up Comedy Cecil performs a Character Skit titled Eli Todd Straight Jacket Comedy.
Life and career
Born in Fort Worth, Texas, Ince, the youngest of three children, the son of Cecil Ray Ince, a Vietnam Vet and an insurance salesman who died on January 1, 1978, and Mary Elizabeth Davis.
Ince's Father drowned the crab fishing boat that he was caught in a storm in Copano Bay, off the coast of Rockport, Texas. Ince's Mother, a former nurse, and former house keeper is retired in Springfield, Missouri. After Ince's Father died, his mother remarried twice. Her second marriage was to country western singer Otis Floyd Childless, a U.S. Naval Veteran who sang with Texas Country Bands Southern Fire, The Easy Riders and The Midnight Drifters. Otis Floyd died of brain cancer June, 1988.
Ince's Attended many different schools during his child hood due to his family moved around a lot. In 1980, he attended Shady Dale Elementary School in Springfield, Missouri. Ince received his GED in Springfield, Missouri in 1999, and shortly after enlisted in the United Stated Army Reserves, unfortunately he was unable to meet the medical physical fitness procurement and was medical discharged later the same year.
In 2001, Ince fathered a child with Naomi Brooks.
At the age of five Ince preformed in a school talent show. In 1984 Ince sang with his step-father Otis Floyd. Ince's first television appearance was on a local cable Kids show in Kingsville, Texas that aired on Cablevision. Ince has preformed with such musical talent as Gospel Sing Bob Munday, Country Sing Freddy Fender, and lounge singer Art Bentley.
Cecil began performing live in 1998 at the Funny Bone Comedy Club in Springfield, Missouri.
In early 1999, prior to his enlistment in the Army, Ince preformed at Sir-laugh-o-lot's in Springfield, Missouri.
In 2000, Cecil Ince, changed his name (outside the courts) to Christopher Davis. In 2001, Ince Attempted to petition to run for Mayor of Springfield, Missouri. However, he fell short on the need number of signatures of registered voters to get his name on the ballet. Then in 2002, Ince ran as the Libertarian Candidate for Missouri State Representative of the 137th district. He run under the name Christopher Davis. Ince Produced, wrote and provided Voice talent for his own radio campaign commercials that aired on the KTTS stations in Springfield, Missouri. Ince lost the race for Missouri State Representative to Republican Mark Wright. In 2004, Ince ran as a Libertarian for Missouri Secretary of State. He lost the race to Robin Carnahan, only receiving 51,964 votes, Ince received the highest number of votes received by any Libertarian Candidate running for the office of Missouri Secretary of State.
Ince provided Voice talent for a 2008 Presidential Campaign Commercial for Primary Candidate Ron Paul, the spot was paid for by Springfield supporters for Ron Paul.
In 2000, Ince started a music project titled Anarchy Ninety-Nine a goth rock solo-project. Ince recorded in 2006 at studio 2100. This 5-track CD contains such tracks as How Much Is Too Much and In the Darkness.
n 2000, Ince filmed his own short titled Suicide which featured himself.
In 2007, Ince product, wrote and hosted a pilot political Talk-Radio program Titled Civil Nation. The Show was never aired.
In 2008, Cecil Ince was accepted to K.D. Studio Actors Conservator in Dallas, Texas.
Ince has preformed as Eli Todd in his Straight Jacket Comedy at the Backdoor Comedy Club in Dallas, Hyena's in Arlington, and The Inprov in Addison, Texas.
in May 2009, Ince wrote, directed, acted, and produced a short film titled Continued as planned.
Ince is currently and lives in Irving, Texas. 
 

August 2009, Ince preformed in a Blackbox Theatre Production, �Katrina: The K Word�.

September 2009, Ince was appointed to the Dallas County Libertarian Party�s 4th District by the Dallas County Libertarian Party Excutive Committee.
